Reasoner CPA, LLC, doing business as Reasoner Construction Accounting, is a Virginia and VBOA-licensed firm serving Northern Virginia (NOVA) and the DMV area, providing accounting and advisory services to construction companies and project-based businesses. The firm is member-managed by Rachele Reasoner, CPA, CMA.

With hands-on experience in construction accounting, the firm focuses on delivering clear, reliable financials that support profitability, lending, and surety bonding needs.

MEET RACHELE REASONER

My Experience

I have over 9 years of accounting experience, primarily in the construction industry, supporting contractors on projects totaling more than $150 million across multi-residential, industrial, hospitality, and federal contracts.

My work includes job costing, WIP reporting, AIA billing, retainage, certified payroll, and project financial reporting—giving me a strong understanding of both the financial and operational sides of construction.

I’ve also managed accounting for government operations, heavy equipment and fleet rentals, real estate development, and LIHTC property management, providing a well-rounded perspective on overall business performance.
